Postcards from Bangkok

Just received the postcard I have sent from Bangkok 5 days ago. Was wondering if it will ever reach me when my friend has already received hers a day before

Bought the postcards at Sum Lum night bazaar. Although I love the print very much, am very disappointed that it was printed on photo paper and mounted on an art card. Not very professionally done. The art card was a lot thicker than the usual postcard, which made me wondered if 15 baht is really enough for the postage. We could not find any post office near by to verify the weight, hence I've decided to take a chance. =)

The whole series were really very well taken. Too bad it was not send for proper offset printing. I am sure it could fetch a better price if it is properly printed and distributed.

By far, one of my favorite postcard design.

离开是为了回来

我回来了。

用了24个小时
从曼谷搭火车到槟城
在从槟城乘搭长途巴士回来新加坡
总共 ~ 40个小时

原来，要从曼谷搭火车回新加坡
不只48个小时

虽然旅程和原有的计划有变 （ 本来的计划 ）
可是还是蛮开心的

我想，有机会的话
我会在试一次
完完整整的完成它

或者，到Lao去
听说那个地方很不错

认识了形形色色的旅人
虽然都是过客, 感觉还是很妙

有的, 已经在东南亚背包了不知道第几十天

七十好几的老公公,带着助听器
单枪匹马，背包从曼谷到槟城去

会说华语的韩国朋友
在泰国碰上了我们
一见如故
文化交流了起来

在泰马边境
给我们白卡的新加坡父女两
帮我们解了围
虽然不是大问题
还是很感动

每次背包
都充分体会
什么是出外靠朋友
尤其是陌生人的援手
更是感激

我只负责把最美的银柳和迎春花挑回家。

今年天气太热，花都在新年前开了。

DIY Nail & Fake Cherry Blossoms

Was visiting my friend's road show at Harbour front last saturday. She is carrying this new nail art concept from Japan. The Brand itself is called Shugar. I guessed for those who likes to do manicure, this shouldn't be an alien brand, right? =P

According to her, it is a specialise tailored made nail chip with nail art that is reusable or to be worn permanently like acrylic or gel extension within mins. Most importantly, it is less harmful and causes less damage to our natural nail bed.

Do check it out if you enjoy dressing up your nails with beautiful nail arts. =)The roadshow will be on going from now till Chinese new year eve . Harbour Front , 2nd floor near DBS Bank.
