Skill and technique are something that can be pick up and trained along the way.

Weekend

Has been quite a while
since I have had such a happening weekend
Friday nite
Hanging out wi friends till 1 plus
Have not met Jeff for more then 4 years.....
change so much.......
By the sea bay, chitchatting and creaking silly joke
on the expense of Delcia lol
Jeff and I have decided to break Delcia Movie maranton record (3)
4 movies in a rolls.......
Not for the tree top walk at 0730
i would have stay with them...
such fun
so with only 4 hrs of rest.......
Together with my colleagues
we went over to MacRitchie for rainforest trekking
Using 3 hrs to complete 10km....
with a lotsa up and down hill.......
A record breaking for me...........
After 2 hrs rest,
joined my friend for a movie - Jarhead
entertaining.........silly+funny+serious all in 1
Met up wi Jolene at 9pm......
eat at Baker inn and starburk for coffee
