UP : Ellie & Carl



Was watching the rerun of { Oscar } this morning and was so thrilled that { Up } has won the best original music score (and Best Animation feature film ). I know, I am a bit slow la. =)

Love the music score of { UP }, especially the part " Ellie & Carl Married Life ". Sweet......and that is my ideal and hope of what a married life should be. ha ha ~ ~ One other film that has the same effect was { Julie & Julia }. I guess I am a hopeless romantic. Although, I did once went into a debate with someone over how unromantic I am. ha ha ~ ~ My fault, I did it deliberately so to give a different perspective of things. =P

Anyway, I love { Up }. Don't know why I haven't buy the DVD yet. Maybe I am simply too preoccupied with challenges that life has thrown at me for the moment. Juggling, Juggling.

一个人的晚餐





今天 心血来潮
煮了Chilli, Lemon and Parsley Linguine 来吃

不过 本来一个人的晚餐变成俩个人的
还好食材很简单

临时加一碟也不是问题



Chilli, Lemon and Parsley Linguine
( Serves 2 )
- 25o g Linguine
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Chilli Padi
- 5-6 tbsp Olive Oil
- 30g butter
- 1 clove garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Method
1. Heat up olive oil in pan and add in butter to melt
2. Saute garlic in pan, follow by Chilli
3. Add in cooked linguine, lemon zest and parsley
4. Toast to coat, then serve.

Personally, I like to squeeze in more lemon juice for that extra zest =)

最近天气太热,特别爱吃西瓜

买了半粒西瓜
把它挖成一粒粒的小丸子
放进冷冻格
等晚饭后在拿出来
就可以吃了

这是偷工减料做

一花一世界




前一阵子
笔心在我的 {看风信子开花}
留了这一段话

笔心:
如果风信子也有季节的,那相信我跟不上了。
(到花圃园时,一定会询问。还没见过真正它的模样)

老是觉得花很可怜,虽然灿烂过,但眼见她一天天枯萎…
(还好,我知道花开花谢的道理。)

我:
笔心,
我想,花开花谢的道理和人生一样。
那只有刹那的美丽,教会人什么叫珍惜。

它一直不枯萎,那就和假花没分别了。

人生如果一味是快乐,
没有离别悲伤,快乐也会变的很廉价的。
=)

我想补充。。。
即便,这分离可能会很伤
也许在也回不了过去的自己了


不过
这就是人生




想起很久以前
读过的一篇佛学

话说释迦牟尼在灵山会上说法,
他拿着一朵花,面对大家,不发一语。

当时只有迦叶 (印度禅的初祖) 会心一笑。
只有他悟出了佛祖的道理

这是禅宗的由来



佛曰:
一花一世界,
一木一浮生,
一草一天堂,
一叶一如来,
一砂一极乐,
一方一净土,
一笑一尘缘,
一念一清静。

这个经文,我就不多做解释了。
不想班门弄斧

我没什么慧根,
并不能很好的参透
这其中的微妙道理

我对那朵花的定义
就是我对笔心的回应

我很喜欢那个意境

从咖啡说起





某个下午,在曼谷某个角落

悠闲的喝着咖啡乌


求学时期,也曾在一间很日风的咖啡馆子里打工

开一间象这样的咖啡馆是我的梦想
也许,这梦想也是在那个时候扎根的

记忆里~~满室的咖啡香
Espresso ... Cafe Latte ... Long Black ... Cappuccino.... Key Coffee

其实除了咖啡 还有
Ceylon Milk tea... Ice Lemon Tea .... Hot Red Tea ... Steam Hot Milk

我还泡的出,记忆里的香味吗?

我开始了我的“西游记”

这几天,一直在"
探索"从西回北 最快的方法
发现捷运还是自己比较喜欢的交通工具

漫长的旅途上
选择了与“书”为伍

挑了去年买的那本
[ 北海道/ 一个人的幸福旅程 ]

前几页都在写札幌的咖啡馆子
写的我都好想去看看了

=)
