今天 和太阳公公比早。 晨/"慢慢"跑 到reservoir 去看日出。最近的心情，阴晴不定的。自己都变得很讨厌自己。=P 我需要早晨阳光的“洗礼". 。。。。是很温暖的。

给了自己一个限期，到了就一定要爬起来。没什么事是不能解决的。=) 今天在路上听了雁雁的43B。 嘉宾说了句良言。 没记错的话，大意是 [ 先要改变自己（的心态），身边的事与人自然会有所期待的改变，机遇。] 道理我懂。 不过，在对的时间，听到了对的话。那不是一种巧合。

Creamy White cake

This is my first birthday cake for the month.(even though it was a virtual cake) Kindly email to me by SingTel. =D


How did they know I always desire a creamy white cake? haha.

A few years back, I watched this film called <<亲爱的金子>> Sympathy for Lady Vengeance . Towards the end of the film and after the lead actress have had all her revenges ( It was a very bloody process), she bought ( or did she bake it ???) this really " snowy" white cake for herself. White = pure = turn a new leaf = reborn ???? Anyway from then on, I always dream of a perfect white cake. Has even considered learning baking, so that i can bake one myself. =P Gosh ....I dont even know how it taste like. Vanilla ? Na.... It will give it a yellow tint. So what make it white? Beaten egg whites with sugar ? Oh ya hor, it will be wrapped cream, isnt it? ...... .... ..... .....

Here is another film to catch. (Though i am not sure when it will be releasing in Singapore) The trailer looks really promising and fun. Personally, anything with Meryl Streep in it, wouldnt go too wrong. =)

偶然在网上，看到了一段有趣的文摘：
常见到“刹那”、“瞬间”、“弹指”、“须臾”等字眼，都是表示非常短暂的时间概念。它们到底指多长时间、相互之间是否有差别？

我们可以从古代的梵典中找到答案，在《僧只律》中即有这样的记载：
“一刹那为一念，
二十念为一瞬，
二十瞬为一弹指，
二十弹指为一罗预，
二十罗预为一须臾，
一日一夜有三十须臾。”

据此，可推算出具体时间来。
即一天一夜24小时
有480万个“刹那”
或24万个“瞬间”，
1万2千个“弹指”，
30个“须臾”。

再细算，一昼夜有86400 秒，那么，
一“须臾”等于2880秒，
一“弹指”为7.2秒，
一“瞬间”为0.36秒，
一“刹那”却只有0.018秒。

在写文章时，为了表达恰切的意思， 对上述概念应斟酌选用。

Salsa

I am crazy about Salsa. It was a taste I acquired when waitressing in a Mexicana restaurant in my school day. Has been collecting Salsa recipe ever since. =D
- 2 tomatoes, pulp only
- 1/4 onion
- 1/2 garlic clove, peeled
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 tablespoons corlander
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
