今天 心血来潮煮了Chilli, Lemon and Parsley Linguine 来吃不过 本来一个人的晚餐变成俩个人的还好食材很简单
临时加一碟也不是问题

Chilli, Lemon and Parsley Linguine( Serves 2 )- 25o g Linguine- Grated zest of 1 lemon- 2 tbsp chopped parsley- 1 Chilli Padi- 5-6 tbsp Olive Oil- 30g butter- 1 clove garlicSalt and pepper to tasteMethod 1. Heat up olive oil in pan and add in butter to melt2. Saute garlic in pan, follow by Chilli3. Add in cooked linguine, lemon zest and parsley4. Toast to coat, then serve.Personally, I like to squeeze in more lemon juice for that extra zest =)
