法式料理 (乱来的)

昨天看了Julie & Julia, 就很有冲动做一道很简单的法式料理。(依样画葫芦的)

今早晨运后就到湿巴刹去，买了两粒番茄和一个刚刚出炉，香喷喷的尖头面包。真的很香。。。(朋友建议买Romanian tomato，因为它们比较甜。)

这个法式料理很简单。只需要把切好的尖头面包放在涂了butter的平底锅上烤至金黄就可以了。(这个recipe一定要用butter， margarine不好吃哦。) 最后，放上之前准备的番茄（切丁番茄＋橄榄油＋parsley)就大功告成了。BON APPETIT

觉得自己好象在班门弄斧的。。。哈～～

Julie & Julia是一部看了心里好暖和的影片。

喜欢它的三个理由 ：
1。美味的料理
2。那种婚姻生活让人向往
3。喜欢准备食材时，切菜的节奏 =)

好喜欢片尾听到的那首 time after time。最近常听到呢。

刑事

我是个戏痴。
从小就爱看戏。只要看得懂，什么都看。
自从有了网路视讯，我的“戏痴程度”就更加的无可救药。=p

这部就是我最近为之痴狂的戏，《刑事》Duelist。


注意 1:32 电吉他和鼓声进来的部分。不要被吓到了。
Mv 的音质很差，可是我很喜欢这整幕的呈现方式。配乐很棒。武打动作还结合了tango舞蹈。挺新颖的。

喜欢整部戏的调调
很享受那光与影强烈对比下，所撞击出来的感官刺激。感觉～就象是第一次看王家卫的电影一样。晕眩可是很震撼。我觉的有早期徐克电影的风格；动作，爱情，闹剧。 ( 注：倩女幽魂系列，龙门客栈 ）

喜欢它的电影配乐
如果说故事是一部电影的骨架，那配乐就是电影的灵魂。你看不到它，可是它却主栽了你看戏的心情。

这是一张很棒的OST (original soundtrack)。它游走于西方与东方的音乐元素还加入了rock elements。好象很突兀，可是我觉得刚刚好。喜欢 track 08，小提琴与二胡的“对话”, 然后结尾是电吉他的一气呵成。听了又听才确定那是两把乐器的声音。从来没发现小提琴与二胡的特质原来很相近。

突然想起了拥有一样听歌默契的你。你一定也会喜欢这张OST，里面好些段落的二胡独奏很精彩。

觉的［刑事］象部舞台剧。它的武打像是在舞剑，舞剑的又像是在跳舞。哈～另一部，我有同感的是［夜宴］。我自己还挺喜欢的。


有些片子只在网上看是很可惜的。一些原有的细节早在被上传的时候 ，给解码器给压缩掉了。在土豆看了这部片子的隔一天 ，我忍不住把它给网购回来。 我想看看它的制作特辑，尤其是那场结合了tango舞蹈和武打的双打场面。很新颖。很大胆。

挖了这位导演李明世的另一部片子 ［ M ] 来看。 故事情节一样让人晕眩，可是镜头的处理很棒。有点杜可风，张叔平的影子。整部片子的底色是很重的黑与蓝。我很喜欢这种色调。

I was listening to mugglenet 's podcast discussion about Snape. Finally understood why Snape asked Harry to look at him when he is dying.............o dear. so touch......sob sob.....Wonder why I never pick it up. Such a great and complex character Rowling has created. Snape is now one of my favourite fiction character.

I am amazed at the speed I have finished reading HP book. =P Juz one day, but it is not exactly a thick book la. Essentially, it a story about love. Love the Prince tale. So glad that Snap turned out to be someone I wish him to be. Thanks Rowling for手下留情ha ha
